The situation
School software is usually built for administrators and handed to students as an afterthought — a portal to download a PDF from. The brief was the reverse: start from the student's day, and make the intelligence personal rather than a shared chatbot bolted to the homepage.

What we did
- 01Student-first information architecture: the day's work is the landing surface, not an admin menu.
- 02Assignments, library and schedule unified so a student is not reconciling three systems to find out what is due.
- 03A private AI tutor scoped to the individual student, available outside school hours.
- 04Role-aware access, keeping student, teacher and administrator views on one platform without one leaking into another.
- 05Shipped as v2.0 after a full rework of the first-generation platform.
The outcome
Sana-Sigma is live at sana-ai.in as a v2.0 platform combining assignments, library, schedule and a private AI tutor in a single student login.
