What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. If you submit the contact form, that means your name, email address, and optionally your company, budget range, the services you selected and the message you wrote.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers on this website, and we do not set cookies for marketing purposes.
How we use it
We use what you send solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to carry out that engagement. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We will not add you to a mailing list or a follow-up sequence because you contacted us once.
Who processes it
Contact form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, our transactional email provider, and are then held in our company inboxes. Website hosting is provided by our infrastructure provider, which processes standard server request logs.
Each of these providers acts as a processor on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to active or completed engagements are kept for as long as we have a contractual or legal reason to hold them, and are deleted afterwards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email us. We will respond within one month and will not charge you for it.
Security
Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. Data is encrypted in transit, and our internal accounts require multi-factor authentication.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority within the timeframes the law requires.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
